Take Semiya in Fry pan



 
Add oil and roast it



Take it out in to a plate


 
Add caraway seed in oil

  


Add Indian bay leaves now


 
Add Potatoes now

  


Add peanuts



 
Add Blackgram

  


Add chana dal and carrot pieces


 
Mix the mixture well



Add onions now


 
Add Green Chillies



Add Curry leaves



 
Add water

Add Semiya now

Semiya ready to serve


Preparation method:

Place a fry pan on the stove and pour 1 table spoon of oil and heat it add vermicelli and roast it on medium flame until it get lightly brown and  keep  this aside. Now take a cooking bowl and place it on a stove and pour remaining oil, add caraway seeds, Indian bay leaf (tej patta)& fry it 1-2 minutes, then add potato pieces & fry it for some time next add peanuts, then add carrot pieces, sliced onions & sliced green chilies, chena dal, and black gram one after one and stir it well then add ginger garlic paste and mix it for 1-2 minutes then add water and boil it for 5 minutes, add salt to the boiled water mixture, after then slowly add roasted vermicelli to the bowl stirring continuously, cook it till all the water has been absorbed, then sprinkle chopped coriander and stir it for 1-2 minutes on medium flame, wait until all the water has been evaporates, turn off the flame, dish out and serve hot hot.
