1 bowl

Onions      

2 Medium size

tomatoes

5 medium size

Green chilly slices

Cooking Oil

4 Table spoons

salt

As per taste

Red chilly powder

2 tea spoon

Ginger garlic paste

1 Teaspoon

Turmeric

1Table spoons
  

 
Garden Sorrel / chukka kura / katta palak  



Wash Chopped pieces


 
Tomatoes



Onions


 
Take oil in fry pan heat it and add onion pieces



Add Tomatoes




 
Close the lid and leave it for a while



Open the lid and mix it well


  
Add Turmeric



Add Chilly powder


 
Add Ginger Garlic Paste



Add Salt

  

Add Garden Sorrel to the combination


Mix up the combination well


  
Close the lid



Open the lid now


 
Curry is ready to serve



You can serve with Rice and Chapati

   
Preparation;

Take a fry pan and keep it on the stove, pour oil and heat it. Add sliced green chilies and onions and cook it until it get lightly brown, then add tomato pieces and boil it for five minutes on medium flame, after then add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, ginger garlic paste, and salt on by one and stir it well, after two minutes of cooking add cleanly washed and choppedGarden Sorrel / chukka kura / katta palak  and boil it until it get thick consistently then dish out the curry and serve. (Should not add water)
