Preparation;
Place a cooker on the stove and add washed Red gram and pour 2 glasses of water, next add turmeric, ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, green chilies, tomatoes then close the lid of the cooker and leave it for 4-5 whistles. After five minutes, open the lid and mix & crush it by using dal kneader, add tamarind juice, and pour enough water and stir it well then add chopped coriander, curry leaves and again place the cooker on the stove and boil it, after 5 minutes of boiling add onion pieces and sambar powder, boil it for 5 minutes on low flame and keep this dal aside. Now take a fry pan, pour oil and heat it add cumin seeds, mustered seeds after then add red chilies and curry leaves fry it for 1-2 minutes ,let it be cool and add this to above mentioned dal. Now the delicious sambar is ready to serve.
