Bengal Gram Dal

Blackgram – Urad Dal

1 cup

Salt

3 Tea Spoons

Cooking Oil

As required

Fenugreek seeds

2 Tea Spoons

Rice Flakes

1 Cup

Rice

4 cups

Mix up all above ingredients except rice flakes

  
Add 8 glasses of water and soak it for 4-6 hours


Apply the mixture for grinding to make it paste


Apply oil to fry pan


Spread the dosa mixture evenly in round shape


Dosa is ready to Serve

 Preparation;

Take Bengal Gram Dal,Black gram,Rice,Fenugreek seeds in bowl add 8 glasses of water in it.Soak the mixture for  4 -6 hours.Now add Rice flakes to the soaked mixture.Apply the mixuture for grinding in a mixie.Take the paste out from the mixie.Keep the pasted mixture for a fortnight.Add salt as per taste.Add one Tea spoon of Sugar to it.Place the pan on the stove.Apply oil to the pan and speared it across the pan.Pour the paste mixture in the pan and spread it evenly in round shape,heat it with light flame.When you see one side of the Dosa is roasted take it out to serve it.
