Ingredients for Idli Chutney

Take pea nuts in fry pan and roast them

Take oil in Fry Pan

Place Green Chillies in fry pan fry them



Add Powder of  Roasted Channa dal,Raosted Peanuts,Fried green chillies and curry leaves also add garlic and ginger paste.Add small quantity of water in the mixie.Apply for grinding.Now semi solid blend of chutney is ready.


Place Mustard seeds in Fry pan


  
 
Add Cumin seeds as well

Preparation;


Take roasted Channa Dal in to a mixie and make it Powder. Peanuts should be roasted without oil.Take a fry pan and pour small quantity of oil in it.Take few Green chillies and Coriander leaves in to the fry pan and apply for a fry.Now take roasted Pea nuts, fried green chilles, Coriander leaves, Ginger garlic paste in to the mixie and add some water in it ,mix up with Channa dal.Apply for grinding in mixie.Semi solid mixture is now ready. Add salt in it. Stir it well. Take fry pan pour 2 Table Spoon of oil in it.Add Cumin and Mustard seeds and red chillies and curry leaves to the boiled oil in fry pan. Apply for a fry with light flame. Take this blend and add the same in already prepared semi solid mixture of chutney. Mix up well. Chutney is ready to serve with Idlis.
