Turmeric

Mustard Seeds

Besan



Make the powder to semi solid liquid



Tomatoes



Potatoes


 
Green Chillies



Onions



Curry Leaves


Take oil in cooker



  
Add Mustard seeds and Potatoes



Add Onions n Green Chillies


 
Add Curry leaves



Add Ginger garlic paste and turmeric



 
Add tomatoes and mix up well



Add water to it


 
Add salt now



Now add semi solid besan


 
Mix up the combination well



Besan is ready to serve


Preparation;

Place a fry pan on the stove. Now pour oil in the fry pan, heat it for a while. Add Mustard seeds to the oil in the fry pan .Now add sliced Potatoes and tomatoes in it and apply for a fry for 3 min on medium flame. Add onion pieces and wait for while. Now add sliced Green chillies in it. Mix up the combination well. Now add Ginger garlic Paste, Turmeric in it stir the mixture well. Add 2 glasses of water to it after 1 min.Add Salt to it. Keep the combination on boil for 5 min.Take the besan powder add water to it. Stir it well until the powder becomes semi solid.Now pour this besan in the boiling mixture in fry pan slowly. Mix it up well. Leave the combination for 2 min.Now Besan Chutney is ready to serve.
