Boil the Potatoes

Boiled potato after peeling of its layer

Pour oil in fry pan

Take cumin& Mustard seeds


Add Red Chillies

Coriander Leaves

 Preparation;

Take water in cooker place potatoes in it keep and boil it for 3 whistles.Take the potatoes out and peel off the layer.Keep it in a bowl. Put the Fry pan on the stove and pour oil in it. Place cumin seeds, Mustard seeds, Red chillies, Green, Chillies, Green Peas, Curry leaves one after the other and mix the blend thoroughly.Now Take the potatoes and place them in fry pan to mix it with them.Add Turmeric,Chilly powder,Salt.Mix them up.Kee the mixture for 3 minutes.Now add Lime juice to it.Fry it for 2 min now.Now add coriander leaves.Mix the mixture again.Now switch off the stove. Alu fry is now ready to serve
