Dry coconut powder

Red Chilly powder

Turmeric powder

Ginger garlic paste

Black Gram

Add Black gram in oil
  


Add Green Chillies



 
Add sliced french beans in the fry pan



stir it well


 
leave it for a while



Add Ginger garlic paste


 
Add Chilly powder
  


Add Bhojwar masala



 
Add coconut powder



Add Turmeric


Add Salt


Add Coriander


 
Leave it for 7 -8 min for fry




French beans fry ready to serve

                                        
Preparation;

Take a fry pan and keep it on the stove, pour oil and heat it. Add black gram and stir it well fry it until it get lightly brown. now add  French beans, stir this mixture well and boil it for 7-8 minutes on medium flame then add red chilly powder, turmeric, salt, ginger garlic paste and bhojwara powder, coconut powder and once again stir it well, cook it for 2-3 minutes now add coriander and mix it well ofter one minut turnoff the stove then dish out and serve.

Method to prepare Bhojwar powder :

Take all above ingredients on fry pan.Roast them for 5 minutes.Take the roasted ingredients in to Mixie apply for grinding.When the ingredients become powder take it out to use it for Mutton curry preparation.
