Preparation;
Take a pressure cooker and keep it on the stove, pour oil and heat it. Add caraway seeds, cloves, elaichi, patta and leave it for two minutes, add chopped onions, green chillies there after and stir it well. now add coriander and mint leaves, stir this mixture well and boil it for 5 minutes on medium flame then add red chilly powder, turmeric, salt and bhojwara powder and once again stir it well, add mutton and mix up the total mixture and finally add chopped tomatoes and cook it for 5-6 minutes now close the lid of the cooker and keep it on medium flame, turnoff of the stove after 7 whistles, keep the cooker aside for 6-7 minutes then remove the lid and take out the curry to serve.

Method to prepare Bhojwar powder :
Take all above ingredients on fry pan.Roast them for 5 minutes.Take the roasted ingredients in to Mixie apply for grinding.When the ingredients become powder take it out to use it for Mutton curry preparation.
