Bhojwar masala

Turmeric powder

1 Tea spoon

Ginger garlic paste

1 Table spoon

Caraway seeds

1/2 tea spoon

 Cardamom ( Elaichi )

Cinnamon ( Patta  or Dalchin Chekka)

2 small pieces

Green chilies

Tomatoes

2 medium size

  

Mint leaves

Bhojwar Powder Ingredients



Pour Oil in the Cooker


 
Add caraway seeds (Shazira),elaichi,Cinnamon,Cloves



Add Chopped onions in it


  
Mix up the mixture well for 2 -3 mnts



Add green chillies



 
Add Mint n Coriander leaves



Add turmeric & Salt



  
Add ginger garlic paster



Add chilly powder


 
Add Bhojwar paste



Mix up the combination



 
Now add mutton to it



Stir it well and add tomotoes now


 
Add one Medium size glass of water to it



Mixture will be seen like this


 
Close the cokker with its lid and keep it for 7 whistles




Mutton is ready to serve now

Preparation;

Take a pressure cooker and keep it on the stove, pour oil and heat it. Add caraway seeds, cloves, elaichi, patta and leave it for two minutes, add chopped onions, green chillies there after and stir it well. now add  coriander and mint leaves, stir this mixture well and boil it for 5 minutes on medium flame then add red chilly powder, turmeric, salt and bhojwara powder and once again stir it well, add mutton and mix up the total mixture and finally add chopped tomatoes and cook it for 5-6 minutes now close the lid of the cooker and keep it on medium flame, turnoff of the stove after 7 whistles, keep the cooker aside for 6-7 minutes then remove the lid and take out the curry to serve.

Method to prepare Bhojwar powder :


Take all above ingredients on fry pan.Roast them for 5 minutes.Take the roasted ingredients in to Mixie apply for grinding.When the ingredients become powder take it out to use it for Mutton curry preparation.
